Refund and Returns
For all returns and exchanges, contact us first before shipping. A representative will give you detailed instructions on how to ship the package back to us. Upon receipt of your shipment, your refund will be processed. Refunds post to your account within 7-10 business days.

Merchandise may only be returned If we have made a mistake and sent you the wrong order or if the product was damaged during shipping. All returns must be within 30 Days of original purchase. If your return does not meet those requirements, it will be denied. Please note that we are only able to exchange items for a different color/size of the same item. Please place a new order for new item, and return the original item for a refund.

NOTE: Must include original invoice.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
